Welcome to Skyview!

SkyView Coaching – Personal & Business Coaching for Reaching Your Highest Potential

SkyView Coaching is for individuals who want to live their best life, enjoy their most rewarding relationships, discover their passions and connect to purpose. For many of us, this awakening comes following a significant loss or life transition.

SkyView Coaching is for businesses who want to create a culture in alignment with their values, to develop their people into leaders who perform at their highest potential, and to build dynamic relationships throughout their organization and beyond.

Coaching is action-oriented and focuses primarily on the present and the future.

Coaching is an alliance designed to help bring out the best in you and help you create and live the life you want.

Coaching is not therapy. “As a coach, I meet people where they are at in their personal or professional journey and help them remember who they are, clarify what they stand for, determine what they want and define how to move toward it.  Together, we visit the past to help change the present and create the future. Change and healing come from becoming present-minded and future-focused. I will inquire, encourage, educate, challenge, make requests and listen so that you are aligned with your goals, values and vision. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you, and invite you to be open to all possibilities.”

Meet the Coach!

Ann Papayoti is dedicated to waking people up to living their best life at home and work, enjoying their most rewarding relationships, finding their passions and connecting to their purpose.  Her clients are advantaged from her more than 20 years as a personal development writer and facilitator, her 17-year airline career in customer service, training and community affairs, as well as her own life experiences of loss, transition and triumph.  Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (BA), and is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Health and Fitness Professional (Y-FIT) and registered Naturotherapist (ANQ).   Ann partners with a broad spectrum of individuals and businesses as a coach, mentor, educator and consultant challenging and motivating them to ensure they are untangled from their past and taking action that is aligned with their goals, values and vision.

“I am also a daughter, sister, mother, friend, ex-wife, wife, sister-in-law, aunt, former corporate employee, business owner, community volunteer and advocate, to name a few. Throughout my different roles, I have weathered many storms.  Some have been more serious and devastating than others such as betrayal, an abusive and difficult relationship, the death of my son, and divorce.  What I learned through each loss and transition is that everything is temporary.  The storm will pass. When I stay connected to my core values and seek to grow rather than wither away, I find the gifts in each and every experience of my journey, in each and every storm.  Through much practice of mindful living, sincere gratitude and conscious choice, I keep moving into my best life.  My experiences make me relatable and identifiable, and have developed my ability to motivate and inspire others as much, if not more than any of my certifications, trainings or degrees.

As a coach, I take a holistic approach to assessing my clients needs as I meet them where they are at in the personal or professional journey, and help them remember who they are, clarify what they stand for, determine what they want and define how to move toward it through the practice of mindfulness, neurolinguistics and positive psychology. Together, we visit the past to help change the present and create the future. Change and healing come from becoming present-minded and future-focused.

I am very blessed to be serving in this way.  Not only is it my gift, talent and passion, it is my purpose.  I believe we are here to discover these things about ourselves, and once we do, it is our destiny to live them.”

When I first started working with Ann I was going through a very difficult time in my life.  I was stuck in a job that was miserable beyond words.  I was working through a breakup that had left me feeling inadequate, lonely, and sad. I just felt lost.  After a couple of months working with Ann, I am a completely different person!  I have a new job which I love, I feel more confident than I ever have in my life, and I’m just excited for what my future holds!  I can not imagine where I would be had I not made the decision to invest in myself and work with Ann. She gave me the push I needed but most importantly she provided me the space to explore myself and to figure out what makes me happy. I am so proud of how far I have come in such a short amount of time, it’s an amazing feeling and I will forever be thankful for my time with Ann!  If you are trying to decide if you should work with her, the answer is yes, just do it!

In September 2016 I was looking for a way out of grief of loss and separation. My signs were regret, guilt, anger, resentment, self-pity, despair and profound sadness. I was depressed and desperately needed a way through to the other side. Fortunately I found Ann. With her guidance, support and a deep concern, we first found ways of coping with the present. We then looked at the past together and healing began. Talking, sharing, praying and continually asking to be healed became a routine that was working.

Ann coached and encouraged and suggested specific exercises to be completed, on-going. I continually surrendered all, over and over, and one day, then another day, then again, I had breakthroughs! I am happy again and Ann was the key to my recovery. I will always be grateful for finding her and the path that she helped me to see – myself as I am, as I was, and as I can cntinue to be, and what more I can become! I am blessed, thank you Ann!

Before working with Ann, I used to runaway from conflict and difficult conversations whether it be with my husband or with clients.  Ann has helped me “confidently” face situations that I would have avoided in the past.

Ann is incredible at listening to the situation, getting to the core, and helping me overcome my challenges while staying true to my values.   Now, I can handle difficult conversations with ease and the outcome is always positive.

As a result, my relationship with my husband is stronger.  I am much better about handling difficult conversations with clients keeping their best interest and my best interest in mind.  Thank you Ann for bringing out my confidence and being an amazing coach!

What’s Weighing You Down?

My bookclub, lovingly named The Dead Tree Society, recently read Cheryl Strayed’s memoir, Wild. The discussion following was like girls at camp playing truth or dare, but only truths were an option!  In Strayed’s book, she hikes the Pacific Crest Trail to find herself...

Who Are You

How would you answer this simple question? Who are you? I recently posed this question to participants at the Awards and Personalization Industry Expo in Las Vegas where I was speaking on the topic of Corporate Culture, Reputation and Values.  Actually, I pose this...

Get In The Game

So, Super Bowl Sunday just passed, and there is much that could be discussed from the incredible 4th quarter comeback to the roof-opening half-time show (I’ll save the latter for another time). First of all, as the mom of a kid who played quarterback throughout high...
