When it comes to my coaching sessions, your pace and preferences are my top priority. I recommend that every client starts with the FREE 30-minute Pre-Coaching Discovery Session  to determine if coaching is the right thing for you at this time in your life. If you feel like coaching is the next best step for you on your self-improvement journey, I will recommend the best program. However, you can always start small and work your way up. There is always the option to keep it simple and start with my 6-session plan and increase over time as you need.
